What is JCSD？
JCSD is created by two sisters who loves English debate, started from 2025 April.
We are a global, diverse, passionate debate community. We are an organization that intends to connect debaters across Japan and the world through debate practices, popcorn debates, and fun activities. We are inclusive toward beginner debaters and strive to create a welcoming atmosphere within our organization.
Now we have over 340 members throughout 28 countries.

Why JCSD？
JCSD has numerous staff members that ensure organization, proper management, and plan events. We have high-quality judges that are chosen to represent JCSD as an official judge and have temporary experienced debaters as judge roles when we do not have an available judge on a practice date.
We also teach debate to beginners, and people do not have chances to debate in their community. We have members has won multiple national and international competitions, and we also have members just started to learn English.
We support each other to enjoy debate, and we will give chances for beginners to join competitions with us together as team JCSD.

Allow students to debate with individuals across Japan and the world through well-organized debate practices and experienced Judges.
Give opportunities to debaters to attend debate competitions as JCSD Representatives.
Inspire
Inspiring debaters all over the world through connecting with them and learning from each other.
Inspiring them with news announcements and information about different countries and cultures!
Grow
Growing debaters all over the world together through facilitating practices and advanced lectures from high level debaters.
Unique allocations to improve flexibility among debaters.
